Warranty Policy:
Warranties vary by product and service and will be provided at the time of quotation. The warranty period begins on the date the items are shipped to the customer. Please ensure you unpack, inspect, and test the items promptly, as General Anesthetic Services, Inc. will not be responsible for damage caused by shipping within 5 business days of item receipt.
General Anesthetic Services warranty includes parts and labor for broken components, defects, or operational issues. It does not cover routine maintenance, consumables, everyday wear items, user damage, misuse, operation error, or contamination.
To submit a warranty claim, please email info@gas-worldwide.us with the following information:
- Order number
- Brief description of the issues you are experiencing
Our knowledgeable team will support and assist you throughout the replacement process.
